As you know Slow Food is a worldwide movement and has spread to about 48 countries.

From time to time Slow Food Suginami Tokyo has sent E-mails to other conviviums abroad, and kindly enough we have received a number of replies.
The replies have comefrom such countries as
Italy,Germany,France,
Britain,Sweden,Iceland
,Porugal,Dominican Republic,
Australia,New Zealand,Republic of China,Taiwan,Singapore
and so on.
Right now we are going to establish Slow Food Japan, head office in Japan.
I personally wish that
SFJ will be opened to other countries and members in Japan never forget the standpoint that we are the ones related to other conviviums existence.
