Dear Toshiya,

The gathering was WONDERFUL!
I learned about soba and made new friends and
saw an example of the great taste education programs that you are doing.
I wish we could all meet together soon and miss all of you.
I will be gving a small talk at Terre Madre about school programs, gardens,
and taste eduction and I will be describing our experience at Koenji Primary
School -- with pictures. I will tell you all about it afterwartds.
