The Slow Sake in the evening of the 16th was another unforgettable event. Different tastes of different Japanese traditional SAKE and raw fish deserve high appreciation. Gathering of around 50 slow lovers and slow food members from Japan and Asia Pacific was really exciting with the swinging of the SAKE.
