Right now are we planning to introduce our first Presidia project and it¡­s a pig called Linderodssvinet. The pig is threatened of extinction and the meat is very good. The meat will be sent to the Swedish Arc Commission and to Italy for taste tests.

We hope the pig will be adopted into Slow Food foundation for biodiversity.
