| Afternoon
of the 17th was also remarkable. Around 2 hours walking round of the farm
yard observation. The farmyard run by Mr. Karube was really a slow one,
where the use of chemicals is very minimal and one can eat any vegetable
directly from the farm. Mr. Karube 35, is an inspiring young farmer who
is very positive and optimistic regarding his profession. He has a fresh vegetable shop named- FRESCO, where only fresh vegetables are sold. He grows 60 different types of vegetables in his farm. Mr Karube is specialized in urban farming, who is also honored as a visiting lecturer in the Japanese Universities regarding Urban farming. |
